Don't Know Where to Start? Start Here. You've got the intention to train, but the excuses keep piling up. "I don't have the space." "I don't have the time." I don't have the gear." I don't know what I'm doing." "I'll start when _________." I get it. That's why I come to you. Your home, your park, your gym. Wherever your most comfortable. This is a one time training session designed to eliminate the friction between you and the start of your daily fitness. Together, we'll build a simple and effective daily routine to kick start your mental health fitness. What We'll Cover. 1. Night Before Prep. How to lay out your clothes, equipment and snacks so your morning decisions are already made. 2. Finding Space. All you need is a towel's worth of room. Kitchen floor? Living Room? Doesn't matter. 3. No Equipment? No Problem. Just your body and a jump rope. Simplicity works. 4. "I Don't Have Time". Yes you do. I'll help you carve time into your schedule with a realistic plan. The goal is to eliminate the excuses. You may have seen these as obstacles. I'm here to show you they're not. With the right set up, everything becomes easier. The Workout. We finish the session with an intense and intentional interval workout, designed for all fitness levels. Reach Max Effort. Rest. Repeat. That's it. Simple. Brutal. Effective. This one session will crush your excuses, simplify your routine and give you a blueprint you can stick to.
