Endurance training that integrates physical training with mindset strategies to transform your approach to long distance feats. For over a decade, I have been running Ultra Marathons with zero run training. Building cardio by skipping rope and using certain effective mental strategies, has allowed me to successfully complete any run distance I have set my mind towards. This style of training, allows for you to minimize injuries while accomplishing your physical goals.
